Handel With Care Chamber Ensemble was founded in 1997 by flutist Petina Cole and pianist Shirley Gruenhut, under the direction of conductor and flutist Gerardo Levy.  

Since then the organization has grown to include many performers, composers and educators.    Pianist and author Elise Sobol, Composer Don DiNicola and many others are available for concert performances, lectures, salon music, original composition, songwriting, arranging and recording.
